Females in hip hop

As a female rapper do you often feel the pressure of "you have to be as good as the guys" to be accepted? And if you're not "as good as the guys" in their eyes, they won't hear you. So in other words as a female rapper do you feel there is this attitude of I have to be as good or better than the guys?
